What happens after I use my free search?
You will receive a preview of your digital footprint with limited features. To unlock more searches and full features like phone checks, social checks, gaming profile detection, and web reporting, upgrade to a paid plan.
How do I delete my account and all of my data?
You can request deletion at any time from the account settings page or by contacting support. We permanently delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do my credits expire on a subscription plan ?
No! Your search credits never expire. For monthly plans, you receive credits each month that accumulate in your account. For annual plans, you receive all your yearly credits upfront. Pay-as-you-go packs also never expire and remain available until used.
Do you offer any annual subscription plans?
Yes! We offer Pro Annual at $93/year (save $27) and Business Annual at $240/year (save $60). Annual plans receive all credits upfront and credits never expire throughout your subscription period.
Is there a trial period for the paid plans?
Our STARTER plan provides a free search so you can try the service. You can upgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
